Terms & Acknowledgements
- Validity: Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
- Expiry: Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
- Non-Refundable: Packs are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Non-Resale: Sessions may not be resold for profit.
- Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance. Missed sessions may be forfeited.
- Conduct: All users must follow the Clinic Rules & Code of Conduct.
I agree that all the sessions are valid for 12 months only. Any unused sessions after this period will automatically expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours. Rescheduling is permitted with 48+ hours’ notice.
- I understand failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
Privacy & Data Collection Consent
- Wellness Pillars Club collects personal and health information to manage memberships, provide safe therapies, and meet legal obligations.
- Information is stored securely in encrypted systems and/or locked files, accessible only by authorized staff.
- Information will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law or in emergencies.
- Members may request access or corrections to their information at any time by contacting info@wellnesspillarsclub.com.au.
I consent to the collection, use, and storage of my personal and health information as described above.
Clinic Rules & Code of Conduct
I agree to:
- Treat staff and members with respect at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and staff instructions.
- Attend sessions free from alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication (unless cleared).
- Maintain hygiene and use equipment responsibly.
- Notify staff promptly of any health changes.
- Respect the privacy of other members (no photos/videos without permission).
I understand breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all sections of this Membership Agreement & Consent Pack. I provide the necessary consents, acknowledge the risks, and authorize payments as outlined.
