Eligibility & Accounts
• You must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
Health, Screening & Safety
• Before using HBOT or Hydro Ground Zero (HGZ), you must complete the Medical Questionnaire & Liability Waiver truthfully and keep it updated.
• HBOT/HGZ are wellness services and do not constitute medical treatment or advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you have medical conditions.
• We may refuse or stop a session if safety is a concern.
Bookings, Deposits & Payments
• Prices are in AUD. Single-session bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your time. Balance is payable in-club.
• Membership fees are payable weekly in advance
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Freeze Policy
• Single sessions: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the $100 deposit or one session from a package.
• Memberships: Minimum term is 6 months. After the minimum term, cancellations require 30
days’ written notice. Membership fees continue during the notice period. Unused session will be only available for 30 days after cancellation date.
• Memberships may be frozen for medical or travel reasons in line with our policy (evidence may be required). Use the Cancellation/Freeze Request Form to apply.
Membership Usage, Validity & Sharing
• Session bundles are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Memberships and bundles are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Nominees: Primary Members may nominate family/friends to use sessions. All nominees must complete the Medical Questionnaire, Consent, Emergency Medical Release, and agree to the Code of Conduct before their first session. The Primary Member remains responsible for nominees’ compliance. Benefits/discounts apply only to the Primary Member unless agreed by WPC
Code of Conduct
• Treat staff and other clients with respect at all times.
• Follow staff instructions and all posted safety protocols.
• Attend sessions free from alcohol, illicit drugs, or impairing medications (unless appropriately cleared).
• Maintain hygiene; use equipment responsibly; no unauthorised photos/videos of others.
• Notify staff of any health changes before sessions.
• Breaches may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.
Risks, Disclaimers & Liability
a) Nature of Services:
The services offered by Wellness Pillars Club (WPC) are wellness and lifestyle services, provided within a private wellness hub and sanctuary environment. They are not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, nutritional, psychological, or psychiatric care. You acknowledge and agree that:
• WPC is not a medical or health care provider, and our staff are not doctors, dietitians, psychologists, or other licensed medical professionals.
• Nothing in these Terms, or in communications, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.
• You must continue to rely on your own medical professionals for diagnosis, treatment, and care; do not delay or discontinue existing treatments without consulting your doctor.
b) Assumption of Risk & Release:
You accept and assume all risk associated with participation in the Services (including HBOT, HGZ, and other wellness modalities). To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, release, and discharge WPC, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation, including (but not limited to) any claim based upon negligence, omission, or breach of contract, except to the extent caused by WPC’s proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
c) No Guarantee of Results:
You acknowledge that outcomes vary between individuals. WPC does not guarantee specific results, improvements, or cures. You accept that the success of the Services depends on multiple internal and external factors beyond WPC’s control.
Intellectual Property
All website/content, branding and materials are owned or licensed by WPC. You must not copy or create derivative works without permission

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. If changes materially affect existing memberships, we will give reasonable notice.
