How long are my session packs valid for?
All session bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I share my session package with family or friends?
Packages can be shared only with family or friends whose names are listed on the original membership or packaging contract.
Do unused sessions roll over after expiry?
No. Any unused sessions expire at the end of the 12-month period.
Do you offer refunds on packages?
Session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Is there a difference between HBOT and Hydro Ground Zero sessions?
Yes. HBOT (Oxygen & Red Light) and Hydro Ground Zero (HGZ) are distinct services with different protocols and pricing.
What is the minimum commitment period for memberships?
Memberships require a 6-month minimum term, after which you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
How often are membership payments made?
Membership fees are charged weekly.
What is included in each membership level?
Wellness: 2 HGZ sessions weekly → 20% discount
Premium: 1 HBOT + 3 HGZ weekly → 30% discount
Royalty: 1 HBOT + 6 HGZ weekly → 50% discount
Is there a limit on the number of memberships available?
Yes, memberships are capped and spots are limited. Availability is displayed on the website.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership later?
Yes, you may request to change membership tiers, subject to spot availability.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships may be paused for medical or travel reasons. Please contact our team for details.
What happens if I miss or cancel a booked session?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being cancelled and the associated fees forfeited.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We operate by appointment to maintain a calm, private experience.
What should I bring to my session?
Comfortable clothing and your confirmation email. We’ll provide everything else.
Are sessions transferable?
Sessions aren’t transferable unless stated on your plan.
